Triple Diamond- $21,000 -Includes demonstration at a designated tactical scenario, space at the product demonstration day, 3 full page ads in the event program and an 8x40 booth at the exhibition show. Also includes complimentary tickets to the exhibition and Hot Wash for sixteen employee representatives of the company and 4 tickets to the executive sponsor dinner on Friday, October 26, 2012.
Diamond - $7,000- Includes demonstration at a designated tactical scenario, space at the product demonstration day open to all first responders, a full one-page ad in the event program and an 8’ x 30’ booth at the exhibition show. Also includes complimentary tickets to the exclusive executive sponsor dinner (10/26/12), Exhibition show and Hot Wash for eight employee representatives of the company and 2 tickets to the executive sponsor dinner on Friday, October 26, 2012.
Platinum - $5,000- Includes a full one-page ad in the event program, space at the product demonstration day open to all first responders and an 8’ x 20’ exhibitor booth at the final banquet. Also includes complimentary tickets to the exhibition and Hot Wash for six employee representatives of the company.
Gold - $4,000- Includes a ½ page ad in the event program and an 8’ x 10’ exhibitor booth, space at the product demonstration day open to all first responders. Also includes complimentary tickets to the exhibition and Hot Wash for four employee representatives of the company.
Silver - $3,000 – Includes a ¼ page ad in the event program and an 8’ x 10’ exhibitor booth. Also includes complimentary tickets to the exhibition and Hot Wash for four employee representatives of the company.
Exhibitor Booth Only - $2,000 – Includes one 8’ x 10’ booth. Also includes recognition in the event program. Also includes complimentary tickets to the exhibition and Hot Wash for two employee representatives of the company.
Team Sponsorship- $500 – Includes photo with the team, recognition in the event program, signage at the Hot Wash and complimentary tickets to the exhibition for two employees.
**All exhibitor booths include 3’ high draped side rails, 8’ high draped back wall, 1- 6’ x 30” skirted table,
2 chairs, waste basket and a 7” x 44” exhibitor ID sign. Electrical is an extra charge through the production company, if needed.

To receive recognition for sponsorship in the program, sponsorship fees must be received by July 31, 2012. Consideration of product donations in lieu of total cash sponsorships will be at the sole discretion of the Corporate Sponsorship program representatives. Product demonstration (for Diamond Level Sponsors) is on a first come, first serve basis and at the sole discretion of the Corporate Sponsorship Program.

300dpi to scale jpeg, or Tiff format, .bmp or gif are not recommended and will reproduce in poor quality. We cannot be responsible for bad artwork. If this is the case you can contact our design department to assist you in development of your design.
